Come on people. We have gone so far in this litigious society, One buys something and it's almost offensive to see what manufacturers have to put on the item.
I am a Realtor. We not have a clause that buyers have to initial that says "This property is not guaranteed to appreciate in value." Really? Do stock brokers have to say "This stock is not guaranteed to pay dividends?"
MacDonalds has to print on their coffee cups "Caution: This coffee is hot."
I just picked up a grill brush. Printed on a tag that is not removable "Ingesting stainless steel bristles may cause injury."
