It's a quiet Saturday. I love it. I went through my old recipes an found this one again. If you haven't tried it, you are missing out!
Chicago Hot Dog Relish
1/2 cup kosher dill pickle (I used pickle quarters and cut them up.)
1/2 cup sauerkraut
1-1/4 inch thick onion slice
1 clove garlic
2 slices of jalapeno pepper (or other pepper)
10 drops Tabasco
Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until relish consistency.
I put all of my loose recipes into see through sleeves and then a 3 ring binder so I can actually find them to use them.
I finished a Shutterfly photo book of the wedding. I'll post it when I get the book back in about a week.
Then I ran across this idea to arrange my flowers. Since I have a few marbles left after having two sons, thought I'd give it a try. Hey, I just re-read that and thought it sounded pretty funny! Well... it's not too far from the truth!
