Moving To Music



When was the last time you danced? You don't need to be a professional to enjoy the full body boogie.

Dancing is good for the heartrate, loosens those uptight muscles and improves your mood. Besides that, it's fun! If you're doing it purely for the exercise, you won't even realize it's happening!

Scientists say dancing strengthens our muscles, stabilizes our joints, improves your core, balance, flexibility and posture. Dancing has also been shown to produce dopamine and serotonin in the brain, which decreases depression and improves your state-of-mind.

Don't waste any time, put on the tunes and dance-yes, even if it's at your computer desk!
