Yea, about that....
It is from Nutrition 101 at the University of Minnesota.
"If calories in are less that calories out, you'll lose weight."
There you have it. Now....hmmmmm...how to get fewer calories in!
1. Begin by weighing yourself.
2. Take your measurements; bust, waist, hips, thighs, calves/
3. Keep a food journal.
4. Keep crunchy snacks in the house, i.e. fruit, vegies and even cereal. A 1/2 cup of dry Apple Jacks=50 calories.
5. Portion control; a serving of meat is about the size of a deck of cards, a serving of vegies is one cup.
Good luck to us, everyone!
