Turkey Coma

I have been eating carbohydrates-and not in a good way-for the past 4 days. Last night, finally, I broke from the leftovers, and made a meatloaf for dinner. Granted, that was not carbo-free, but it was not turkey and stuffing.

While dinner and the leftovers were delicious, it's time to get back to the yogurt for breakfast and cottage cheese and tomatoes for lunch.  Atleast for the next 10 days while I detox from the carbo load, gotta' clear my head and give my pancreas a rest.
